Return Policy

At Devolt Clothing (devolt) we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your encounter any major issues with your order, such as holes, torn print, or significant defects, you may return the item(s) 

under the following conditions:

 

Condition for Return

Time Frame:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receving the item(s).

 

Eligibilty:

Returns are only accepted if there is a major issue with the product ,such as:

Holes or tears in the fabric.

Torn or defective print/design.

 

Condition of Items:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and i their original condition.

All original tags and packing must be intact.

 

Return Process:

Initiate a Return

Contact our Ccustomer service team at devoltclothing03@gmail.com within 7 days of receving your order. Provide your order number ,a description of the issue , and photos of the defect. Once your return is approved. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [B/31/48845,Street No-1, New Company Bagh ,Tibba Road, Ludhiana-141008] 

 

Inspection and Refund:

If approved , you refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 Working days.

 

Non- Returnable Items:

Items without major issues such as holes or torn prints.

Items with size issues

Items returned after 3 days of receipt.

Items that are worn, washed,or altered in any way.
